To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Provide valid payment information for subscription services

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Mutfaaq offers subscription plans billed on a per-restaurant basis. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mutfaaq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
